Art or talk therapy?

The most common therapy technique you will use in sessions is either art therapy or talk therapy. The sessions are person-centered, meaning you can decide at any point in the session to change the way we are collaborating. As the therapist, I am in the session to give guidance, make observations, and offer suggestions. You are the expert of you.
